About the Role

The Director of Revenue Management will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for our hotels. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing pricing strategies to optimize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform revenue management strategies
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue
  • Collaborate with hotel leaders to develop and implement revenue management plans
  • Monitor and analyze revenue performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, franchisees, and sales leaders

Requirements

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience in revenue management, sales, or marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
