About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across our hotels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management, with experience in analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, and implementing revenue management systems. You will work closely with our hotel general managers, sales leaders, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Implement revenue management systems and processes to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with hotel general managers and sales leaders to develop and implement revenue management strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, franchisees, and other revenue management professionals
  • Provide training and support to hotel staff on revenue management best practices

Requirements:

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 1 year experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
