Sales Team Lead

As a Team Lead - Field Sales at Bird, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of high-performing Account Executives. Your main goal will be to drive revenue growth, manage sales processes, and foster a culture of excellence within the field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives, providing ongoing support, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business in the field, focusing on high-impact deals and long-term relationships.
• Own the team's revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of quotas.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of field sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering results.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams and driving performance.
• Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and experience in managing multi-stakeholder deals.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Bird preferred) and pipeline management tools.
