About the Job

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for building and motivating a team of sales professionals to drive sales conversations, meet and exceed targets, and deliver business results.


Key Responsibilities
- Build and motivate a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations;
- Lead team members through example and coach them to drive sales over phone, email, video, and modern demonstration tools;
- Lead and coach team members to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual team targets;
- Accurately assess risk and identify exceptional performance plans in weekly deal and pipeline reviews;
- Drive operational excellence of key center metrics, including response rates, conversions, pipeline, velocity, and accuracy;
- Drive business value-driven customer conversations through proficiency in all solution areas;
- Empower teams to spend more time with customers and partners by removing productivity blockers and unnecessary rhythms;
- Design and set productivity and sales targets in line with market trends;

Requirements
- Native or proficient in French;
- 3+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience;
- 3+ years of team management experience, minimum 2+ years of sales management experience in the IT industry;
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams of 8 or more;
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools preferred;
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to coach team to successfully drive sales;
- Superior leadership skills to enable high performers and motivate under-performers;
- Ability to identify key aspects of a potential opportunity, nurture it to close, engage channel partners as needed, and manage customer relationships;
- Work well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment;
- Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards;
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite applications and Windows OS;
- 3+ years of experience using a CRM tool (Dynamics, SalesForce, or other);
