Justalia is a pioneer in financial relief, dedicated to empowering individuals burdened by revolving credit card debt. Job Description:
  • Build rapport and trust with customers, fostering a positive brand experience.
  • Assist leads from various channels to determine if they have been mis-sold high-interest credit cards (revolving cards).
  • Gather detailed information about the credit card and its terms using HubSpot.
  • Process legal onboarding documents (LFA/LSA) to authorize legal action on behalf of the customer.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Potential: Identify potential leads who may qualify for the Justalia program.
  • Explain the Justalia program and its benefits to qualified leads, generating interest and encouraging participation.
  • Track customer interactions and report on key metrics to measure program effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Sales Tools: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: €18,461.67 gross per year.
  • Performance Bonus: Earn a bonus of up to €840 gross per month based on sales target.
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu.
  • Hybrid work model: 4 days per month at the office / training / rest from home.
  • Training: 2 weeks from the office Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
