We're seeking high-performing Senior Account Executives to join our rapidly scaling sales organization. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll take on a leadership role within the sales team, managing complex sales cycles and engaging with high-level stakeholders. You'll be responsible for guiding the sales process, driving revenue growth, and setting a standard of excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Pipeline Ownership and Development: Identify and target strategic high-value accounts, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Excellence in Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle with an emphasis on strategic account management, working directly with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- Quota Achievement and Leadership: Consistently achieve and exceed quota by closing large, strategic accounts.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a 50-50 base and commission split, performance-based bonuses, and exclusive incentives. You'll also enjoy a remote work environment, with flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from your preferred location within the Netherlands, UK, Spain, or Portugal.
