About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our FLYR Hospitality team. As a transformation-minded professional, you will take ownership of your role and recognize the impact it has on our company, clients, and the hospitality industry.

Flyr's hospitality commercial operating system is revolutionizing the industry with machine learning and data science capabilities. Our goal is to enhance revenue performance through accurate forecasting, automation, and analytics.

As a Sales Director, you will successfully navigate complex deal cycles involving international accounts and multiple stakeholders. You will oversee a territory and ensure focus throughout all sales funnel phases, from initial engagement to advancing deal cycles.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive internal resources to support deal cycles, including the CEO, product, and science teams.
  • Oversee a territory and maintain focus across all sales funnel phases.
  • Establish relevance with stale relationships and open new opportunities using Flyr's market position.
  • Maintain a close understanding of market trends and provide valuable insights to inform the go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Director.
  • A few years of end-to-end B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience in selling complex, technical solutions or platforms.
  • Background in selling to global enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to navigate long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated fast learning ability and ability to command respect in the field.
