Job Summary

We are seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative - EMEA to join our Sales team. This role will involve performing outreach to inbound leads and inquiries, qualifying prospects, and educating them on our offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking meetings and providing feedback to the Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform outreach to inbound leads and inquiries to determine their needs and interests.
  • Qualify prospects and educate them on our global employment solutions.
  • Book meetings with qualified prospects and provide feedback to the Marketing Team.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Goal-oriented self-starter with a strong desire to advance sales skills and learn new tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Fluent English and German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with global clients.
  • Experience in sales or sales development is preferred, but not required.
