Job Summary

We're seeking a driven and resourceful Inbound Sales Representative to join our EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for growing our acceptance network in Sweden and Finland by managing and closing inbound sales opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of leads, from first contact through to closing the sale, account set up, and ensuring merchants can fully benefit from accepting American Express.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with merchants in Sweden and Finland, articulating the benefits of acceptance and driving sales growth.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maximize individual and company performance.

Requirements

  • Native/Fluent level of Swedish and Finnish written and spoken.
  • High level of other European languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
