Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dutch Sales Representative to join our team at Recruit4Work. As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for catering to our valued Dutch clients, creating unforgettable experiences, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handling Inbound Calls: The primary responsibility of an Inbound Sales Agent is to handle incoming calls from customers who are interested in booking holidays, making reservations, or seeking information about our services.
  2. Providing Information and Assistance: Inbound sales agents need to be knowledgeable about our company, including its services, locations, and offerings. They provide accurate and detailed information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
  3. Upselling and Cross-selling: In addition to handling inquiries, Inbound Sales Agents are often tasked with upselling and cross-selling additional services or upgrades to customers.
  4. Processing Bookings and Reservations: Inbound Sales Agents process bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and that the customer's preferences and requirements are met.
  5. Handling Customer Concerns and Queries: In the course of their interactions with customers, Inbound Sales Agents may encounter queries, concerns, or complaints. They need to address these issues promptly and professionally.
  6. Following Up on Leads: In some cases, Inbound Sales Agents may be responsible for following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
  7. Maintaining Records and Documentation: Inbound Sales Agents are typically required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, complaints, and any other relevant information.

Requirements

  • High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Thoroughness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills
  • At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Solid commercial skills and a positive attitude
  • Dynamic, a team player, and good self-control
