Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inbound Sales Expert to join our team at Recruit4Work. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for catering to our valued Dutch clients, creating unforgettable experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls from customers interested in booking holidays, making reservations, or seeking information about our client's services.
  2. Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about various aspects of our client, including its locations, accommodation options, recreational activities, dining options, and special offers. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
  3. Sales and Upselling: Tasked with upselling and cross-selling additional services or upgrades to customers, offering upgrades to premium accommodations, recommending additional activities or dining options, or suggesting add-on packages to enhance the customer's experience.
  4. Booking and Reservation Processing: Process bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and that the customer's preferences and requirements are met to the best of their ability.
  5. Customer Service: Address queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that meet the customer's needs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  6. Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources, contacting prospective customers who have expressed interest in our client's services but have not yet made a booking.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, complaints, and any other relevant information.
Requirements

High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level). Thoroughness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills. At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience. Known for elocution, adaptability, stress resistance, and good oral communication skills. Solid commercial skills and a positive attitude. Dynamic, a team player, and good self-control. Loves challenges.
