About the Role

The Alpega Group is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in the Netherlands. This role will be part of the sales organization based in Barcelona, Spain, and will focus on acquiring new customers for the Freight Exchange in the Dutch market.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for targeting SMB companies in the logistics and transportation industry, combining work on inbound leads and prospecting targets. Your target will be the number of new clients you bring or acquire and the revenue they generate.

You will work closely with your team leader, other sales representatives, customer success, account managers, sales operations, and marketing. This includes the full sales cycle from first interaction to signature of the deal, using Salesforce as CRM plus a variety of communication channels.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working in B2B sales (service or software oriented ideally)
  • Native level of Dutch and fluent level of English
  • Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Solution-oriented and international mindset
  • Speaking French is ideal but NOT mandatory
  • A bachelor's degree (or proven professional experience)
  • Experience with Salesforce (ideal but not mandatory)
  • Tech-savvy at a user level
