About the Role: As a sales professional, you will cater to our valued clients in the Dutch market, creating unforgettable experiences. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our products and services, meeting sales targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Inbound Calls: You will handle incoming calls from customers interested in booking holidays, making reservations, or seeking information about our facilities, accommodations, activities, and pricing.
- Providing Information and Assistance: Be knowledgeable about various aspects of our client, including locations, accommodation options, recreational activities, dining options, and special offers. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Tasked with upselling and cross-selling additional services or upgrades to customers, including offering upgrades to premium accommodations, recommending additional activities or dining options, or suggesting add-on packages to enhance the customer's experience.
- Processing Bookings and Reservations: Process bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and that the customer's preferences and requirements are met.
- Handling Customer Concerns and Queries: Address queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that meet the customer's needs while adhering to our company policies and procedures.
- Following Up on Leads: Responsible for following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources, contacting prospective customers who have expressed interest in our services.
- Maintaining Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, complaints, and any other relevant information.
About You:
- Languages: High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level).
- Skills: Thoroughness, autonomy, good interpersonal skills, and commercial skills.
- Experience: At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience.
- Personality Traits: Known for elocution, adaptability, stress resistance, and good oral communication skills.
What We Offer: A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
