We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Executive to join our team at American Express. As a key member of our EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization, you will play a critical role in growing our acceptance network in Sweden and Finland.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and close inbound sales opportunities to acquire new merchants in the assigned markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure their continued satisfaction and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Utilize sales and negotiation skills to articulate the benefits of accepting American Express to a range of different types of businesses.
- Native or fluent level of Swedish and Finnish written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Willingness to sell and driven by objectives.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and Salesforce is a plus.
- Highly engaging telephone communication style with ability to speak confidently with senior executives.
