About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Executive to join our EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing the American Express acceptance network in Sweden and Finland by managing and closing inbound sales opportunities received by phone, fax, and email in the assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end ownership of leads, from first contact through to closing the sale, account setup, and ensuring merchants can fully benefit from accepting American Express.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.
  • Collaborate with team members in different markets to maximize individual and company performance.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent level of Swedish and Finnish written and spoken.
  • High level of other European languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to sell, driven by objectives, ambitious, and communicative.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and Salesforce is a bonus.
