About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Executive to join our EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing the American Express acceptance network in Sweden and Finland by managing and closing inbound sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and close inbound sales opportunities received by phone, fax, and email in the assigned markets.
  • End-to-end ownership of a lead, from first contact through to closing the sale, account set up, and ensuring they can fully benefit from Accepting Amex.
  • Native/Fluent level of Swedish and Finnish written and spoken, with a high level of other European languages a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with previous sales experience a plus.
  • Willing to sell, driven by objectives, ambitious, and communicative, with a highly engaging telephone communication style.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members in different markets to maximize individual and company performance.
