Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to manage, develop, and grow qualified lead volume and sales pipeline. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for effectively pitching products and solutions to key decision makers, responding to inbound inquiries, and supporting the success of marketing-sponsored events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and Develop: Continuously learn and develop into an industry and company solutions expert.
  • Pitching and Qualifying: Effectively pitch products and solutions to key decision makers by understanding their needs and demonstrating how company solutions can meet their requirements.
  • Event Support: Support the success of marketing-sponsored in-person and virtual events, including pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up.
  • Activity Planning: Develop and methodically drive execution of daily, weekly, and monthly activity cadence plans to maximize prospecting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records of all lead and prospecting activities by consistently adhering to defined lead management processes and SLAs.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with aligned sales team members to nurture leads through opportunity and ensure lead quality drives conversion to pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Education: 4-year college degree plus at least 2 years of sales or complimentary experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Professional experience on a customer-focused performance-driven, high-growth, fast-paced sales, service, or marketing team.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent researching and problem-solving skills, and experience with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
