The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving Deel's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Spanish native speaker or fluent
  • Proven track record of success in sales development or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
