Software Sales Team Lead

Your Remote Tech Recruiter is engaged with a leading Software Consultancy that is expanding its presence in Barcelona, Spain. The organisation is looking for experienced Sales Team Leads to join their new hub and play a key role in their strategy in Spain.
Role OverviewThe Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 Sales Account Managers, with a focus on people management, strategy, relationship management, KPI analysis, and target setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving performance and generating revenue.
Key Requirements- Sales Leadership - Strong leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing teams in the Tech/SaaS space.
- Budgets & Revenue - Proven ability to manage sales budgets, quotas, and use data/KPIs to drive performance.
- Client Management & Business Development - Proven track record of winning and managing customers in the Tech/SaaS space, including new business development, relationship management, and account management.
- Software - Experience using sales management technology, including Salesforce and Hubspot, as well as internal communication tools such as Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
- Communication - Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to speak English fluently. Preference will be given to applicants who can speak multiple languages.
In return, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to take up a key strategic role within the Spanish expansion, with a base salary up to €78k (plus up to €52k commission), and an expected OTE of up to €130k. The role will require the candidate to be on-site in Barcelona 3 days per week, with a hybrid working model that includes home working.
