The organisation in question is a global player operating across various verticals in key technology areas, including AI, Cloud, Data, Digital, and Engineering. They prioritize company culture, people development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

We are seeking experienced Sales Team Leads to join our new Barcelona-based hub. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 Sales Account Managers, focusing on people management, strategy, relationship management, KPI analysis, and target setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-performing Software Sales teams in the Tech/SaaS space
  • Manage sales budgets, quotas, and use data/KPIs to drive performance
  • Win and manage customers in the Tech/SaaS space, including new business development, relationship management, and account management
  • Utilize sales management technology, including Salesforce and Hubspot, as well as internal communication tools
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing sales teams
  • Proven track record of managing sales budgets, quotas, and using data/KPIs to drive performance
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak English fluently
  • Experience using sales management technology, including Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of on-site and remote work
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, you will be given the opportunity to take up a key strategic role within our Spanish expansion. You will receive a competitive salary, up to €78k (plus up to €52k commission), and an expected OTE of up to €130k. Commission is uncapped, so over-performance will be recognized.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a mix of on-site and remote work. You will be required to be on-site in Barcelona 3 days per week.
