We are seeking experienced Sales Team Leads to join our new Barcelona-based hub. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 Sales Account Managers, focusing on people management, strategy, relationship management, KPI analysis, and target setting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead high-performing Software Sales teams in the Tech/SaaS space
- Manage sales budgets, quotas, and use data/KPIs to drive performance
- Win and manage customers in the Tech/SaaS space, including new business development, relationship management, and account management
- Utilize sales management technology, including Salesforce and Hubspot, as well as internal communication tools
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and team members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing sales teams
- Proven track record of managing sales budgets, quotas, and using data/KPIs to drive performance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak English fluently
- Experience using sales management technology, including Salesforce and Hubspot
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of on-site and remote work
In return for your expertise, you will be given the opportunity to take up a key strategic role within our Spanish expansion. You will receive a competitive salary, up to €78k (plus up to €52k commission), and an expected OTE of up to €130k. Commission is uncapped, so over-performance will be recognized.
We operate a hybrid working model, with a mix of on-site and remote work. You will be required to be on-site in Barcelona 3 days per week.
