We're looking for a skilled Sales Team Lead to join our European Inside Sales team. This role will focus on building and leading the CER Team, covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and empowering your team to achieve their sales goals
- Driving qualified sales opportunities for the Sales teams and closing deals in assigned accounts
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency
- Creating and delivering accurate analysis on individual and team results, and maintaining reporting to track sales metrics
- Conducting weekly 1:1s with team members and driving career progression paths
- Collaborating with Sales Enablement to schedule individual and team training plans
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager
- Understanding of sales processes and best practices, preferably in a direct, B2B outbound sales environment
- Experience with sales management and lead generation software tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A consistent track record of quota overachievement as a manager
- Strong organizational and team management skills
Basic qualifications include:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Inside Sales experience with quota
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory
