Business Development Executive

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a highly skilled Business Development Executive for their Barcelona office.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position offering an excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance. The successful candidate will be fluent in both Dutch and English, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and solid knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify prospects and deciders
- Drive profitability through proactive management and track sales pipeline
- Review client satisfaction level and communicate feedback to relevant parties
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Native or fluent Dutch language skills, both oral and written
- Fluent English language skills, at least B2 level
- Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Solid knowledge of CRM software
This is a Monday-to-Friday role, 09:00-18:00 hours, with relocation support available.
