As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be part of a team that is committed to making a positive impact on the environment.

The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key stakeholder for the Country Manager, the sales team, and other departments, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of our business in the UK/IE market. Your main responsibilities will be structured around three pillars: operations, analytics, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our business in the UK/IE market to identify key strategic opportunities and measure progress against goals.
  • Act as a connector between Operations, Finance, and Sales to follow-up on daily operations and identify opportunities for improvement in reporting and processes.
  • Provide insights on drivers of underperformance and represent the voice of the customer internally to drive continuous improvement and user happiness.
  • Resolve customer queries by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
  • Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements

  • BA/BS University degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of industry sales/sales operations experience.
  • Strong Excel knowledge.
  • Oriented to process individual.
  • Analytics mindset.
  • Native/proficient level of English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge in SQL and Tableau.
  • High Spanish level.
