Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll be at the center of our SaaS sales operations, transforming data into actionable strategies that drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to establish and maintain cadences around sales activity, pipeline generation, and forecasts.
  • Uncover Performance Insights by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, discover performance insights, and identify growth opportunities to shape our sales strategies.
  • Drive Process Improvements by leading and contributing to projects focused on creating, automating, and simplifying business processes, streamlining operations, and enhancing efficiency.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration by connecting with other teams such as marketing, finance, and customer success to drive initiatives that enhance sales outcomes and align with our broader business objectives.
  • Analyze Sales Data by examining sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor Performance by creating and sharing performance reports, dashboards, and key metrics like conversion rates, and win rates to ensure we stay on track to achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or analytics role, ideally within a SaaS organization.
  • A solid understanding of the SaaS business model and sales processes.
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce and other tools commonly used by sales teams.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • An analytical mindset, confident working with data and managing large datasets with ease, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creating and streamlining sales processes.
  • Proactive and growth-oriented, taking initiative and leading projects that make a meaningful impact.
  • Exceptional communication skills, conveying complex data in clear, actionable ways and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
