Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst
About the Role:
At Contentsquare, we're looking for a skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable strategies that drive growth and innovation. You will partner with sales leadership and other key stakeholders to uncover trends, optimize processes, and ensure CRM data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to establish and/or maintain cadences around sales activity, pipeline generation, and forecasts.
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, discover performance insights, and identify growth opportunities to shape our sales strategies.
• Lead and contribute to projects focused on creating, automating, and simplifying business processes, streamlining operations, and enhancing efficiency.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with other teams such as marketing, finance, and customer success to drive initiatives that enhance sales outcomes and align with our broader business objectives.
• Analyze sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor performance by creating and sharing performance reports, dashboards, and key metrics like conversion rates, and win rates to ensure we stay on track to achieve our goals.
Requirements:
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or analytics role, ideally within a SaaS organization.
• A solid understanding of the SaaS business model and sales processes.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce and other tools commonly used by sales teams. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to manage large datasets with ease, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create and streamline sales processes.
• Proactive and growth-oriented with the ability to take initiative and lead projects that make a meaningful impact.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex data in clear, actionable ways and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
