Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at Criteo. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing actionable insights and analysis to our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead critical processes within the Sales Operations department, including RF, Plan, and financial reports for the EMEA market.
  • Provide accurate analysis and standardize reports to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly those in the APAC and AMS regions, as well as the strategic department.
  • Support the development of commercial productivity analysis and analytical tools.
  • Extract and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive organizational change.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance.
  • Proven experience in SQL language, data analysis, commercial reports, and Tableau reports.
  • Proficient in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and driving organizational change.
