The MongoDB Sales Operations team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Strategy and Planning team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Senior Sales leadership to drive market and segment-specific analyses to uncover business opportunities
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and improve productivity
- Collaborate with various business units to drive headcount scenario analyses and quarterly business planning
- Conceptualize and pilot new programs to test the effectiveness of various sales roles and compensation plans
- Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
- 5+ years of work experience in Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics
- Effective communicator with the ability to break down complex technical concepts into simple business vernacular
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with major business intelligence tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker)
