Join Our Team as a Sales Operations Analyst Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst Intern to join our FP&A and CSF&O team at Criteo. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in improving, scaling, and driving quarterly commercial cycles through processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in sales compensation administration, including data quality checks, analysis, and achievement calculations.
  • Support Regional Sales Ops in quarterly Business Planning and Compensation processes, including target setting, achievement exceptions, and SPIFF and achievements changes.
  • Improve data quality in the Sales Compensation Management Tool - Anaplan, and provide support to Regional Sales Ops on HR data.
  • Animate the Business Operations community by consolidating Planning and Sales Compensation updates and follow-up actions for key Business Ops meetings.
  • Improve Business Operations documentation by participating in the maintaining an updated version of the Sales Compensation Playbook.
Requirements:
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
  • Fast and enthusiastic learner.
  • Used to deal with large sets of data & numbers (Excel proficiency, Power BI is a plus).
