**Sales Operations Analyst - Data Insights Specialist**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at Contentsquare. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation by transforming data into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities- **Collaborate with Sales Leaders**: Establish and/or maintain cadences around sales activity, pipeline generation, and forecasts.
- **Uncover Performance Insights**: Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, discover performance insights, and identify growth opportunities to shape our sales strategies.
- **Drive Process Improvements**: Lead and contribute to projects focused on creating, automating, and simplifying business processes, streamlining operations, and enhancing efficiency.
- **Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Connect with other teams such as marketing, finance, and customer success to drive initiatives that enhance sales outcomes and align with our broader business objectives.
- **Analyze Sales Data**: Examine sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Monitor Performance**: Create and share performance reports, dashboards, and key metrics like conversion rates, and win rates to ensure we stay on track to achieve our goals.
- **Experience**: Approximately 3+ years in a sales operations or analytics role, ideally within a SaaS organization.
- **Technical Skills**: Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce and other tools commonly used by sales teams.
- **Analytical Mindset**: You're confident working with data and can manage large datasets with ease, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- **Proactive and Growth-Oriented**: You take initiative and are comfortable leading projects that make a meaningful impact, even in an evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- **Exceptional Communication**: You can convey complex data in clear, actionable ways and are comfortable presenting your findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
