About the Role:

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Business Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Operations Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in leading critical processes within the department, including reporting and analytics for the EMEA market. Your responsibilities will be vital in providing accurate analysis, standardizing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide EMEA Commercial Weekly pulse for both markets.
  • Lead the RF & PLAN process for both markets.
  • Support business partners and stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis.
  • Commercial productivity analysis.
  • Analytical and data extraction support in multiple commercial projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance.
  • Proven experience in SQL language, data analysis, commercial reports, and Tableau reports.
  • Proficient in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and driving organizational change.
