About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will work closely with Sales Leaders, Finance Team, and cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency within our pipeline, booking, forecast, and sales compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop sales reports and analytical insights to identify inefficiencies and solutions to current sales processes. Create sales forecasts, revenue reports, and pipeline analysis to present key findings on sales results vs sales targets, win rates, growth strategies, and pipeline growth details. Identify operational risks and engage key decision-makers to present potential issues and desired resolutions. Manage sales compensation plans and booking processes by ensuring all methodologies, policies, procedures, and governance are followed.

Requirements:
5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience. Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations. Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent. Experience with writing business strategy and health of the business documents. Advanced in using Excel and other data modeling tools (SQL, Tableau, etc).
