We're committed to empowering our teams with the insights they need to make smarter decisions. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll be at the center of our SaaS sales operations, transforming data into actionable strategies that drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Sales Leaders: Establish and/or maintain cadences around sales activity, pipeline generation, and forecasts to drive business growth.
  2. Uncover Performance Insights: Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, discover performance insights, and identify growth opportunities to shape our sales strategies.
  3. Drive Process Improvements: Lead and contribute to projects focused on creating, automating, and simplifying business processes, streamlining operations, and enhancing efficiency.
  4. Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Connect with other teams such as marketing, finance, and customer success to drive initiatives that enhance sales outcomes and align with our broader business objectives.
  5. Analyze Sales Data: Examine sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  6. Monitor Performance: Create and share performance reports, dashboards, and key metrics like conversion rates and win rates to ensure we stay on track to achieve our goals.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Approximately 3+ years in a sales operations or analytics role, ideally within a SaaS organization. You have a solid understanding of the SaaS business model and sales processes.
  2. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce and other tools commonly used by sales teams. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  3. Analytical Mindset: You're confident working with data and can manage large datasets with ease, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
