Senior Business Partner, Iberia Region

We are seeking a skilled Senior Partner Manager to lead our partnership with IKEA in Iberia. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with national and regional stakeholders to drive business growth and expand our presence in the region. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will be crucial in achieving our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the success of Taskrabbit's partnership with IKEA in Iberia (Spain and Portugal)
- Day-to-day management of relationships and communication with national and regional stakeholders
- Analyse and report on performance for all key channels (online and stores) and share with key stakeholders leading to real business actions
What We Offer:
- A competitive annual gross pay range of €52,000 - €66,000

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years professional/management experience dealing with partners, preferably from retail or tech companies
- A mix of analytical and operational execution skills
- You're comfortable operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent Spanish (first language mandatory), Portuguese language skills is a plus
