Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Manager – German Market, you will play a key role in expanding our international brand in the German market. You will be instrumental in developing and executing growth strategies within our retail business, targeting garden centers, DIY stores, and larger national accounts, including buying groups.
Main Responsibilities- Drive Sales and Growth: Engage with existing customers and leads to drive sales in both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce settings.
- Lead Generation: Prospect and develop new leads by attending trade shows and industry networking events, participating in trade associations and digital social groups, and collaborating with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with lead generation objectives.
- Relationship Management: Expand relationships with current accounts and leads.
- Industry Experience: Previous sales experience within the lawn and garden industry.
- Networking Skills: An established network of potential contacts to build a business portfolio.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
