Job Opportunity: Business Development Representative for B2B Sales

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Europe. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to businesses across the continent to schedule appointments for our sales team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a talent for turning cold calls into warm leads, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will use our state-of-the-art dialing system and leads database to research and contact potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to businesses across Europe via phone or email to schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Use our proprietary dialing system and leads database to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies

What We Offer:

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Our company offers competitive compensation, including a base salary of €25,000 per annum, plus generous commission for every appointment that leads to a sale. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluent English language skills; additional languages such as Dutch, German, or Spanish are a plus
