**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced Field Sales Leader to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Field Sales Leader, you will:
- Lead a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and improve market presence.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to accelerate product sell-out and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve Perfect Store execution.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
- +10 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong commercial skills, with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade audiences.
**What We Offer**
