About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Private Label business, driving growth and innovation through strategic partnerships and market analysis.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, key account management, and international tender projects.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in food and beverage companies, is required.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a senior team are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate 3 Key Accounts and 6 sales agents located in different countries.
- Conduct market research to identify strengths and weaknesses of the company and competitors.
- Manage relationships by identifying influencers and decision-makers within company accounts.
- Drive the Group's Private Label business by implementing strategies that consolidate services offered by the organization.
- Quotation of tenders and control of P&L.
- Coordination with other departments.
- Management and expansion of the product portfolio for current clients.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
- Languages: very high level of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Essential experience in business acquisition with a strong network of contacts in the sector, preferably in food, with a good track record with European and USA buying centers.
- Experience in managing and developing international tender projects.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales as an International Key Account Manager, Group Key Account Manager, or Export Manager, managing accounts at both National and International levels.
- Essential experience in food and beverage companies, with extensive knowledge of the Private Label business at an international level (Europe and the United States).
- Results-oriented profile with leadership skills and the ability to manage a senior team.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
