Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will independently and proactively analyze potential markets, turning them into thriving business opportunities. Your primary focus will be acquiring new customers while implementing and maintaining visually striking furniture displays and innovative interior concepts for the company's three flagship brands. You will also have the opportunity to represent the company at prestigious international furniture exhibitions, collaborating closely with a team of industry experts. Your mission goes beyond driving revenue growth; you will play a key role in managing profit margins and shaping the future market strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing displays and interior concepts
  • Represent the company at international furniture exhibitions

Requirements:

  • A higher education degree or equivalent extensive professional experience
