Job Description

This exciting role as Global Sales and Marketing Strategist - Rail Infrastructure Solutions offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the rail industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing plan to drive market intelligence and customer engagement.

You will work closely with our product management and R&D teams to ensure that our services meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your strong analytical and strategic thinking skills will enable you to develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive market intelligence and customer engagement
  • Work closely with product management and R&D teams to ensure that our services meet the evolving needs of our customers
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to drive business success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management/marketing in the rail industry, specifically in maintenance and/or transit operations activities
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages (such as French, Italian, German, or Spanish) is an asset
