Global Business Development Manager, E-commerce Logistics

Job Overview
This is a unique opportunity to become part of a new team that is building the Amazon Shipping business from scratch in Spain. As a Global Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling Amazon Shipping services to new customers and driving full sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with top-level customers who are unaware of Amazon Shipping.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Product, and Tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that fits customer needs.
- Dive deep into performance metrics, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead the wider team to address them.
- Bring new customers to Amazon, acquire new shipping volumes, ensure good conversion rates, and maintain profitability.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales, owning the full cycle from prospecting and cold calling to closing and growing new accounts.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, able to establish top-level relationships with customers and assess their needs.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and execute results.
- Experience in developing trustful relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including relocation assistance and moderate travel within Spain (max. 15-20%). The position will be based in Madrid (4 Towers district).
