Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent for hard-to-fill Sales positions
- Build and manage candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct targeted searches across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and personal networks
- Leverage your industry connections to identify top candidates
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and tailor your approach accordingly
- Keep track of candidate interactions and recruitment progress using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in Sales Recruitment, with a track record of successful placements
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and recruitment databases
- Strong networking skills within the sales sector
- Hands-on experience with an ATS to manage candidate data and workflows efficiently
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work independently in a remote setting
- Fluent in German, with a strong command of English
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work on multiple projects
This is a freelance position with no fixed hourly rate; commission-based earnings only. You can expect a highly attractive commission structure with excellent percentages on successful placements.
As a Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule. You will also have the opportunity to work on diverse recruitment projects, primarily in sales roles.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately €60,000, depending on your level of experience and the number of successful placements you make.
