We are looking for an experienced Proposition Development Director to join our Product & Technology Division. The core responsibility of this role will be to develop and manage the proposition portfolio across our Growth Markets division (currently 7 countries) and emerging markets.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, competitor proposition developments, and customer insights. They will be responsible for analyzing these factors to adapt our proposition portfolio and ensure it remains market leading.
The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop long and short-term customer propositions, ensuring delivery of high-quality propositions that meet the needs of our target market.
