Talent Search People is seeking a Business Development Representative with an international focus to join our team. We are looking for someone who can excel in a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for executing effective prospecting efforts to maximize coverage of defined accounts through outbound and inbound activities. You will generate, qualify, nurture, and handover leads and opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts to understand their needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lead generation and conversion processes.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of business experience, preferably in B2B sales or marketing.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and conversion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Excellent knowledge of business software and technology solutions, including SAP.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy options for internal development, a creative and innovative work environment, and a welcoming team.
