As we continue to expand and solidify our position as the leading tech partner for boutique studios in Europe and worldwide, we're seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Team Manager to join our French team.

Job Overview

This is a dynamic opportunity to lead and mentor junior team members, develop strategic partnership and referral strategies, manage lead distribution, and drive Sales Development Representative (SDR) performance and growth.

Your Impact:
  • Lead and support SDRs with daily activities, performance goals, and recruitment
  • Identify training needs, onboard new salespeople, and mentor the team with in-depth product knowledge
  • Collaborate with your SDR Manager and internal teams to create impactful educational materials and design engaging training sessions
  • Drive strategic prospecting, targeting key players, and refining outreach strategies for maximum impact

To be successful in this role, you'll require:

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in sales positions, preferably in Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members, delivering feedback, and building a high-performing team culture
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for improvement
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
