Job Description:
Sales Manager Job at Docplanner. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the clinics healthcare market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy, managing the sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure, and elevating team performance through effective coaching and process optimization.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with 7+ years of experience in Sales leadership in high-growth SaaS or marketplace environments, with a focus on SMB markets. You should have a proven track record of successfully scaling a sales team in numbers and performance, as well as competence in using OKRs to drive focus on results for both individual and team objectives. Additionally, you should have established background in engaging directly in hiring processes as a key decision-maker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales team, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and aligned with the company's objectives
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent, creating a robust team capable of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Implement structured coaching programs and training initiatives to develop sales skills and methodologies across the team
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, actively participating in a culture of success and achievement within the team
- Ensure smooth and efficient sales processes and CRM management, maintaining a strong commitment to CRM discipline
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales leadership in high-growth SaaS/Marketplace with SMB market focus
- Proven experience to successfully scale a sales team in numbers and performance
- Competence in using OKRs to drive focus on results for both individual and team objectives
- Established background in engaging directly in hiring processes as a key decision-maker
- Strong analytical thinking; you base your decisions on numbers
- A doer: you are hands-on and in the details
- Processes & CRM - you are obsessed about it
- A builder with strategic thinking - proactively identifying opportunities to grow the business line further
Salary: €85,000 per year (depending on location and experience)
