Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving strategic growth and expanding market presence for our client's Deep-Sea Services and Projects division.
Your responsibilities include:
- Staying updated on market developments and seizing opportunities.
- Recruiting and developing talent to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Negotiating contracts, exploring partnerships, and driving sales growth.
- Leading sales teams for direct and indirect customer segments.
- Developing geographic expansion and sales strategies.
- Engaging with clients at all levels to influence purchasing decisions.
- Optimizing processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Acting as an ambassador, maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Generating leads, ensuring timely follow-up, and registering opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in NavCom technologies at all levels.
- A comprehensive understanding of marine systems across projects and services.
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changes in the market or industry landscape.
- The ability to anticipate challenges and proactively seek ways to stay ahead.
- A forward-thinking mindset to anticipate future trends and opportunities.
You should also have:
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese language.
- Experience in developing business and sales strategies.
- A master's degree in relevant technical and business processes.
- Experience in managing and negotiating high-value projects, technical projects, and contracts.
