We are seeking an experienced Strategic Social Media Director to lead our social media efforts and elevate our presence across multiple platforms.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will develop high-impact social media strategies, oversee campaign execution, manage a team of specialists, and collaborate with various departments to ensure brand consistency. The focus will be on growing audience engagement, driving leads, and boosting brand awareness through innovative and data-driven approaches.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead social media strategy aligned with broader marketing and business goals
  • Define and implement an overarching social media strategy
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and platform innovations to ensure competitiveness in the digital landscape
  • Lead and mentor a future team of social media managers, specialists, and content creators
  • Oversight of workflow, providing guidance and feedback to ensure content meets high-quality standards
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of social media management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven leadership skills, including managing a team and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to craft long-term social media strategies focused on brand growth, community engagement, and business goals
  • Advanced analytics skills, including proficiency with social media analytics tools and experience making data-driven decisions
