About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Key Account Manager to join our central sales team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing the strategy for our largest, global accounts within Europe.

You will be reporting directly to the Vertical Sales Director and collaborating closely with National Key Account Managers, the Customer Experience Program Team, and Customer Solution Designers to align our customers' needs with our vision in changing market conditions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in sales, key account management, or business development, with a background in the transportation logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence decision-making and strategy with customer and internal leadership teams
  • Formulate and execute strategy for your portfolio - Sennder's largest accounts across all of Europe
  • Be part of a central sales organization that will unlock Pan-European business
  • Synthesize the needs of our shippers with Sennder's vision to create a best-in-class customer experience
  • Proactively identify process improvements, determine root causes/roadblocks, and help our program team design solutions that will significantly improve our business processes
  • Manage relationships with senior external stakeholders (up to C-level)
  • Be the face of Sennder to Fortune 500 global brands as the most senior commercial owner
