About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Carbon Ecosystem Partnerships. As a key member of our Carbon leadership team, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our carbon product partnerships strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key players in the carbon ecosystem, including technology providers, system integrators, and carbon-specific ISVs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with these partners, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to drive business growth and success.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy, including market research, partner identification, and relationship management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a partnerships, strategy, or business development role within the SaaS technology sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships, with a strong understanding of the carbon ecosystem and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
