Job Description

As a Senior Sales Development Manager for Reusable Packaging Solutions at Cabka Group, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage our existing accounts, grow them through existing products and develop customized solutions. The ideal candidate will also hunt for new accounts and projects, elaborate business cases to support project rationalization, and own their budget planning and follow-up.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing accounts, grow them through existing products and develop customized solutions
  • Hunt for new accounts and projects
  • Elaborate business cases to support project rationalization
  • Own budget planning and follow-up
  • Support VP Pooling & System Integration in managing accounts and developing internally new services to be marketed to customers
  • Develop the System Integrator customer base/network
  • Follow-up with Program Managers on project status: Project Management
  • Organize and prepare customer appointments and sales meetings
  • Run first calculations to prepare cases for Group Controlling
  • Creation of statistics and evaluations, preparation of decision bases
  • Preparation of presentations (internal and external)
  • Data entry in CRM system
  • Continuous market monitoring and reporting to VP Pooling & System Integration
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, university degree or similar qualification, minimum 3 years professional experience in a comparable position with proven track record of successfully delivering sales results. B2B-experience in the field of plastic packaging, plastic recycling, packaging, logistics, material handling or similar industry is required. Strong project management skills, dynamic and enthusiastic sales mindset with pronounced customer orientation, mobility and willingness to travel are essential.

What We Offer

Cabka Group offers a competitive salary range between €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus attractive benefits including a company car which can be used for private purposes, modern technical equipment as notebook, iPad and iPhone, individual international development opportunities with interesting career prospects, secure long-term employment, and dedication and joy in our day-to-day work.
